Role Overview

Brand Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen Ridhira Group’s positioning across real estate, hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle verticals.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and tone across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Campaign & Communication Management

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated brand campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, influencer marketing).
  • Manage creative development with agencies, designers, and production teams for ATL/BTL activities.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  • Content & Digital Marketing

  • Drive brand presence on digital and social media platforms through engaging content and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to integrate brand campaigns with digital objectives.
  • Curate brand collaterals, brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, PR, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support new product launches, event branding, and property launches.
  • Liaise with external agencies for PR, events, and media planning.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance, consumer insights, and engagement metrics.
  • Present regular reports to leadership on brand health, ROI, and growth opportunities.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in

    brand strategy, creative campaign management, and integrated marketing

    .
  • Strong storytelling, content, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing

    ATL/BTL campaigns and digital branding

    .
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience

    , with at least 3–5 years in a

    creative/advertising/brand agency background

    handling lifestyle, hospitality, or real estate brands.
  • Experience in managing multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Exposure to luxury, lifestyle, or premium categories is a strong plus.
