About the Role

Responsibilities (Liaison-First)

• Own cross-functional liaisoning: be the single point connecting Product, Marketing, and Sales for brand setup and launches.
• Convert product roadmaps into brand briefs, messaging, and asset lists; secure sign-offs.
• Run a cross-functional launch cadence (stand-ups, trackers, risk logs, SLAs).
• Ensure Sales has ready-to-use toolkits (decks, brochures, price cards, videos, FAQs).
• Coordinate within Marketing team to deliver on-time campaigns; maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor performance; publish post-launch reports with actions for Product/Marketing/Sales.
• Create repeatable playbooks for future brand onboardings.

Requirements

• 4+ years in brand/marketing execution within agency/startup/e-commerce/consumer goods.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong project management: briefs, timelines, trackers, approvals, vendor coordination.
• Hands-on with campaign ops (ads/creatives) and comfortable with data dashboards.
• Exposure to electronics/retail/e-commerce is a plus.
• Excellent communication (English & Hindi; Gujarati preferred).

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months

• 2 brand setups completed with signed cross-functional scorecards
• Sales equipped with ready toolkits; first 90-day GTM executed on time
• Playbook + cadence established (brief templates, checklists, reporting)
