About the Role

As Brand Manager, you’ll take charge of how Pocket FM shows up to the world — across campaigns, channels, and key moments. This role needs someone who understands both brand thinking and execution, and can work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life


What Would You Do

  1. Develop and refine Pocket FM’s brand positioning, narrative, and messaging frameworks to build emotional resonance with our audiences.
  2. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to conceptualize and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  3. Partner with product and content teams to embed consistent branding across the user journey, ensuring a unified brand experience.
  4. Monitor brand health metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive data-backed improvements.
  5. Track category trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities that differentiate Pocket FM in a competitive landscape.
  6. Ensure timely and seamless execution of brand initiatives while adhering to budgets and aligning with strategic goals.


What We’re looking for

  • Experienced in brand management in product-led or consumer tech companies where branding was essential.
  • 4-5 years of experience in building or turning around brands.
  • Have led integrated brand campaigns across channels
  • Passionate about storytelling and shaping consumer experiences through brand-led thinking.
  • Good handle on both strategy and execution — you can think long-term but also deliver fast.
  • Comfortable working with data, research, and user insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
