About Sukoon


Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.

We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.


About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated, and driven Brand Manager to join our growing Brand & Marketing team. As the right hand to the Brand Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of all brand initiatives — from 360-degree campaign rollouts, to social media content, event collaterals and more. This is not just a coordination role — it’s for someone who takes ownership, runs projects independently, and genuinely cares about building something meaningful in the mental health space. You’ll be trusted to take briefs, solve problems, and get things done.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution:

    Lead the end-to-end implementation of brand projects — including shoots, collaterals, brand campaigns, and creative assets.
  • Social media:

    Work closely with content and design to manage the social media calendar, ensure timely posts, and track engagement.
  • Brief Management:

    Take in simple briefs (internal or external), scope them out, coordinate with relevant teams, and see them through to completion.
  • Production Oversight:

    Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and in-house teams to ensure high-quality output across design, print, and video.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    Collaborate with clinical, operations, conversion and other teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Quality & Consistency:

    Ensure all brand materials meet visual and tone guidelines and reflect the brand’s values with care.

Key Requirements:

  • Min 5-7 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative execution roles.
  • Organized and reliable - a self-starter who thrives on ownership.
  • Excited to juggle multiple projects and coordinate with various teams.
  • Passionate about mental health and building brands that make a difference.
  • Familiar with creative workflows, from brief to production.
