Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager who will be the custodian of the Euronics brand across all touchpoints — including Institutional B2B, Channel Partners, Architects & Consultants, and emerging D2C platforms. This role demands a blend of storytelling, insight-led planning, brand governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent, elevated brand experiences across physical and digital ecosystems. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Architecture Develop and own the end-to-end brand strategy for B2B, Channel, Institutional and D2C verticals Position Euronics as a future-ready, innovation-led, and trusted brand across stakeholder groups Define brand tone, messaging hierarchy, visual identity, and architecture per business segment 2. Multi-Channel Brand Campaigns Conceptualize and execute high-impact brand campaigns (digital, print, OOH, PR, trade shows) Drive integrated marketing initiatives for product launches, seasonal activations, and category pushes Manage content, creatives, and messaging alignment across all customer journeys 3. Internal & External Brand Governance Develop and maintain the brand guidelines, creative playbooks, and internal communication assets Train internal teams and channel partners on brand usage, storytelling, and communication standards Work closely with sales, institutional, and ecommerce teams to ensure brand consistency 4. Content & Creative Leadership Oversee creative development across videos, brochures, product collaterals, catalogs, POS, and digital Guide storytelling for corporate branding, employer branding, product stories, and trade decks Drive partnerships with agencies for campaigns, influencer collaborations, and production shoots 5. Market Intelligence & Brand Performance Monitor market trends, brand perception, competitive movements, and category innovations Commission brand research, NPS feedback, and perception audits to guide strategy Track and report brand health KPIs: awareness, recall, engagement, share of voice, and sentiment Qualifications & Competencies 5–8 years of brand management experience, preferably in manufacturing, consumer durables, B2B tech, or sanitary/hygiene sector Solid understanding of both institutional sales cycles and consumer buying behavior\Demonstrated success in leading integrated brand campaigns across channels Highly proficient in brand planning, creative briefing, stakeholder management Strong aesthetic sensibility with a bias for action and cross-functional execution MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or allied domains preferred Good to Have Exposure to brand modernization projects or rebranding Experience working with agencies, architects, channel partners, and digital platforms Understanding of trade marketing and B2B2C ecosystems What You’ll Get A leadership seat in shaping the next chapter of a dominant industrial brand Creative freedom and strategic autonomy in a fast-growing ecosystem Competitive compensation, high visibility projects, and cross-functional collaboration Dynamic workplace where tech meets purpose-driven design Show more Show less
