Description
Position: Brand Manager D2C Skincare Location: Hyderabad Experience: 4-8 years (preferably in D2C beauty/personal care) Type: Full-time What Youll Do Build from scratch: Lead the development of two skincare brands under Oliva from positioning, naming, and visual identity to tone of voice and storytelling. Own the social narrative: Build and grow the brands presence across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms in collaboration with content creators, influencers, and dermatologists. Shape the marketing engine: Design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies including performance, content, community, and CRM. Create and iterate on GTM strategies for product launches. Scale online sales: Launch and grow the brands on D2C platforms and key online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa). Work with product, design, and ops teams to ensure a smooth brand-to-cart journey. Track, learn, optimize: Own brand health metrics, performance KPIs, and continuously test and learn across creative and media. What We are Looking For 4-8 years of experience in D2C beauty, skincare, or personal care Proven success in launching or growing consumer brands online Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer behaviour Creative thinker + strong executor comfortable getting hands dirty to build from 0 Bonus: Experience working with dermatologists, cosmetic chemists, or medical-grade skincare Why Join Us?
