Job Title Summary

Develop and execute digital marketing, branding, and lead generation initiatives for IT Services and Managed Outsourcing offerings. Drive brand visibility and support sales through creative campaigns, content, and client engagement activities

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Branding Executive to drive our brand presence across digital and professional platforms. This role is responsible for creating impactful marketing content, managing online branding campaigns, and strengthening our positioning as a leading provider of Managed Outsourcing and Offshore Delivery Services for global clients. Youll work closely with the Sales, Pre-Sales, and Proposal teams to design compelling marketing collaterals, lead generation campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Managed Outsourcing and IT Services to US clients.
  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Proposal teams to design presentations, capability decks, brochures, and case studies.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and thought leadership.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns using organic and paid marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with design partners for the development of banners, infographics, and video creatives.
  • Analyze campaign metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare performance reports.
  • Support event branding, virtual webinars, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across communication materials.
  • Assist in internal branding initiatives including awards, newsletters, and culture campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B Marketing or Branding within IT Services, Consulting, or Outsourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaigns, SEO, Google Ads, and Email Marketing tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and basic design coordination (Canva, Adobe, or Figma preferred).
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills for business audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with sales, pre-sales, and creative teams.
  • Familiarity with branding for global markets (US/EMEA) and offshore delivery positioning.
