Own the social narrative: Build and grow the brands presence across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms in collaboration with content creators, influencers, and dermatologists. Shape the marketing engine: Design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies including performance, content, community, and CRM. Create and iterate on GTM strategies for product launches. Scale online sales: Launch and grow the brands on D2C platforms and key online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa). Work with product, design, and ops teams to ensure a smooth brand-to-cart journey. Track, learn, optimize: Own brand health metrics, performance KPIs, and continuously test and learn across creative and media.
