Position: Brand Manager D2C Skincare Location: Hyderabad Experience: 4-8 years (preferably in D2C beauty/personal care) Type: Full-time What Youll Do Build from scratch: Lead the development of two skincare brands under Oliva from positioning, naming, and visual identity to tone of voice and storytelling. Own the social narrative: Build and grow the brands presence across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms in collaboration with content creators, influencers, and dermatologists. Shape the marketing engine: Design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies including performance, content, community, and CRM. Create and iterate on GTM strategies for product launches. Scale online sales: Launch and grow the brands on D2C platforms and key online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa). Work with product, design, and ops teams to ensure a smooth brand-to-cart journey. Track, learn, optimize: Own brand health metrics, performance KPIs, and continuously test and learn across creative and media.
