Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Act as the Front Desk Executive by managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and routing communication efficiently. Maintain the courier register and other related records. Handle end-to-end travel bookings for employees, including bus, flight, and train reservations, as well as hotel accommodations. Coordinate closely with employees for itinerary confirmations, share tickets, and arrange cabs for airport/station transfers. Ensure all travel requests are properly approved before proceeding with bookings. Be available during non-working hours to respond to urgent travel requests and assist employees promptly. Maintain up-to-date records of all bookings and communicate any changes or delays effectively. Conduct regular visits to guest houses and accommodations to ensure proper upkeep, employee comfort, and smooth guest-related logistics. Maintain strong coordination with vendors (cab services, travel agencies, guest house managers) to ensure smooth operations. Assist with outstation guest pickups from railway stations or airports, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, front desk operations, or travel management. Strong understanding and hands-on experience in corporate travel booking (bus, train, flights). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and coordination abilities. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and stay calm under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and email communication. Should be proactive , punctual, and possess a service-oriented approach.
