Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.General Administration

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, courier, documents).
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.

2. HR Support

  • Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication on need basis.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance logs, and leave registers.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed within the organization.

3. Secretarial & Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Director
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Draft letters, reports, and basic business correspondence.
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks (invoice processing, petty cash management).

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking at female candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in administration and HR or secretarial experience who can join us within 15 days or less.
