Role & responsibilities 1.General Administration Manage office operations, supplies, and maintenance of office equipment. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, courier, documents). Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support in organizing meetings, events, and office activities. 2. HR Support Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication on need basis. Maintain employee records, attendance logs, and leave registers. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed within the organization. 3. Secretarial & Executive Support Provide administrative support to the Director Schedule appointments and manage calendars. Draft letters, reports, and basic business correspondence. Assist in basic accounting tasks (invoice processing, petty cash management). Preferred candidate profile We are looking at female candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in administration and HR or secretarial experience who can join us within 15 days or less.
