We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support the entire employee lifecyclefrom onboarding to exit. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head HR to ensure smooth HR operations, accurate record-keeping, and timely execution of initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage all HR documentation for employees from onboarding through exit formalities. Assist the Head HR in identifying open positions across departments and ensuring job postings on relevant job portals. Screen candidate profiles and share shortlisted CVs with the Head HR for further evaluation. Coordinate with selected candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and induction. Maintain and update the employee database, including records for new joiners, appraisals, terminations, and exits. Collaborate with the Admin department to ensure timely implementation of HR initiatives. Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience. Prior experience using HR software, with basic knowledge of payroll and compliance. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Candidates from Noida or nearby locations are preferred. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
