The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head HR to ensure smooth HR operations, accurate record-keeping, and timely execution of initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage all HR documentation for employees from onboarding through exit formalities. Assist the Head HR in identifying open positions across departments and ensuring job postings on relevant job portals. Screen candidate profiles and share shortlisted CVs with the Head HR for further evaluation. Coordinate with selected candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and induction. Maintain and update the employee database, including records for new joiners, appraisals, terminations, and exits.
