About the Role

DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
using tools such as
Jenkins
,
GitHub Actions
, or
Azure DevOps Pipelines
.
Deploy, monitor, and manage
Next.js
and
Node.js
applications on
AWS
and
Azure
environments.
Automate
infrastructure provisioning
using
Terraform
,
CloudFormation
, or
Ansible
.
Containerize applications with
Docker
and orchestrate deployments with
Kubernetes (EKS/AKS)
.
Implement
cloud security best practices
, including IAM policies, encryption, and network security groups.
Set up and maintain
monitoring
,
logging
, and
alerting
systems using
CloudWatch
,
Azure Monitor
,
ELK Stack
, or
Grafana
.
Manage
environment configurations
,
version control
, and
deployment rollback strategies
.
Collaborate with
development teams
to streamline
code-to-production workflows
and improve
DevOps automation
.
Optimize
infrastructure performance
,
reliability
, and
cost-efficiency
across cloud environments.
Mentor junior engineers and continuously enhance
DevOps practices
and
SRE principles
.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in
Computer Science
,
Information Technology
, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience
in
DevOps
,
Cloud Engineering
, or
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
.
Strong experience with
AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation)
and
Azure (VMs, Azure DevOps, AKS, Storage, Networking)
.
Proven expertise in
CI/CD pipelines
,
automation
, and
version control
(Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
Experience with
Next.js
and
Node.js
deployment workflows.
Proficiency in
Docker
,
Kubernetes
, and
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using
Terraform
or
Ansible
.
Experience in
monitoring
,
logging
, and
observability tools
(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
Strong understanding of
networking concepts
,
load balancing
,
DNS management
, and
firewall configurations
.
Familiarity with
Linux system administration
,
shell scripting
, and
automation frameworks
.
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
