Job Description

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR documentation for employees from onboarding through exit formalities.
  • Assist the Head HR in identifying open positions across departments and ensuring job postings on relevant job portals.
  • Screen candidate profiles and share shortlisted CVs with the Head HR for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate with selected candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and induction.
  • Maintain and update the employee database, including records for new joiners, appraisals, terminations, and exits.
  • Collaborate with the Admin department to ensure timely implementation of HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Prior experience using HR software, with basic knowledge of payroll and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Candidates from

    Noida

    or nearby locations are preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
