Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Statutory Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, including PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
  • Payroll Management:

    Oversee the complete payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable rules.
  • Employee Relations:

    Address employee queries and grievances, fostering a positive and supportive workplace environment.
  • Training & Development:

    Design, implement, and monitor learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HR Operations:

    Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Audit & Documentation:

    Maintain accurate HR records and employee files; ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
  • Communication & Presentation:

    Candidate must have good English communication skills and should be presentable, as the role involves regular interaction across teams and management.
