  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
  • Clearly explain products/services, offers, and benefits to customers.
  • Maintain positive customer interactions while meeting assigned targets.
  • Handle customer queries and objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

    Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Male candidates only (as per business requirement).
  • 1-3 years of telesales/telecalling experience.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work effectively in the second shift (01:00 PM 11:00 PM).
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/telecalling software is an advantage.
