Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone calls, field visits, or emails to remind them about overdue payments.
Regularly follow up with customers to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Achieve individual monthly collection and recovery targets.
Record and update customer interactions, payment commitments, and feedback in the CRM system.
Handle customer objections and queries related to loan or EMI payments.
Escalate difficult cases to the Collection Team Leader for resolution.
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and RBI regulations.
Identify potential defaulters and report high-risk cases to the management.
Deposit collected cash/receipts accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Support legal or recovery proceedings when required.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).
Understanding of loan recovery or EMI collection processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Honest, disciplined, and target-driven attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
1-3 years of experience in collection, recovery, or field sales preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
