We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling front desk operations, answering calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Maintain reception area cleanliness and office supplies

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings

Assist with data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks

Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
