Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day client servicing: Answer queries, update details, and ensure smooth interactions Process transactions: Execute purchases, switches, and SIP/STP setups across all AMCs Know all SPOCs (Single Point of Contact) for major AMCs (HDFC, ICICI Pru, SBI, Kotak, Axis, etc.) – build relationships for quick resolutions Send payment links to customers for investments (via Groww/Zerodha/AMC portals) Have full knowledge of all portals: CAMS, KFintech, Groww, Zerodha Coin, MF Central, BSE Star, NSE MFSS, etc. Manage redemption requests: Process, track, and ensure timely credits to client accounts Onboard new customers: Complete KYC, create folios, and link bank accounts Maintain records: Update CRM, generate reports, and ensure 100 % compliance What We Need in You 1–3 years of experience in admin/operations (prior experience in Mutual fund/broking will be a big plus) Good communication skills (English + Hindi) – polite, clear, and quick on phone/email Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with Excel/CRM tools Well-versed with Excel & Microsoft Word Lives in/near Noida West – reliable and punctual Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person

The Administrative Specialist will manage daily administrative tasks, provide customer service support, assist with financial documentation, and ensure effective communication across teams.
