About the Role:

Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the brand’s presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with engaging and consistent content.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, stylists, and collaborators to ensure long-term association and brand recall.
• Conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns, festive launches, and seasonal collections to enhance brand visibility and sales.
• Design promotional creatives and assist in video/reel editing to align with campaign storytelling.
• Develop and implement new marketing strategies and digital techniques tailored to the brand’s positioning.
• Reach out to and onboard new e-commerce platforms to expand Char Chaand’s online presence.
• Manage and optimise existing e-commerce channels like

  Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and AZA

  for improved performance and conversion.
• Maintain and update

  product line sheets

  , ensuring product visibility aligns with current trends and market demand.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in brand management, fashion marketing, or social media strategy.
• Strong understanding of the Indian fashion and lifestyle industry.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and coordination skills.
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce CMS platforms is a plus.
