Job Description

As an E-commerce & Performance Marketing Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing our online sales platforms and executing ROI-focused ad campaigns. Your analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills will be essential in boosting brand visibility, driving sales, and creating a seamless e-commerce experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - E-commerce Management: - Manage and optimize listings on our website (Shopify) and other marketplaces. - Ensure accurate product uploads, descriptions, categorization, and inventory sync. - Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment. - Improve UI/UX, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV) on our store. - Set up seasonal/occasion-based collections and promotional banners. - Performance Marketing: - Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. - Develop audience segmentation, lookalike strategies, and retargeting funnels. - Monitor key metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate. - Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels for maximum ROI. - Coordinate with the content team for creatives aligned with the campaign goals. - Analytics & Reporting: - Regularly track, analyze, and report performance metrics. - Use insights to improve future strategies and recommend product opportunities. - Understand customer behavior and identify trends through tools like GA4, Meta Analytics, and Shopify Analytics. Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce, preferably in fashion, D2C, or lifestyle sectors. - Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify (or similar platforms). - Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing and customer journeys. - Hands-on experience with campaign tracking, UTM, remarketing, and A/B testing. - Knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools (like Klaviyo/Mailchimp), and basic design skills is a plus. - Excellent communication and project management skills.,
