As a Senior MEAN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of high-performance SaaS applications, implementing microservices-based solutions, and ensuring the security and scalability of the platform. Your expertise in MEAN stack technologies, cloud architecture, and DevOps practices will be crucial in optimizing application performance and maintaining high availability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and architect scalable SaaS applications in HR Tech using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. - Implement microservices-based solutions with a focus on security and scalability. - Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance UI/UX and create intuitive HR features. - Deploy and manage applications on AWS, implement CI/CD pipelines, and optimize application performance. - Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and follow Agile methodologies for high-quality releases. Required Qualifications: - 8-10 years of software development experience with MEAN stack proficiency. - Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Angular. - Experience in data security practices, OAuth2, JWT, and real-time data streaming. - Familiarity with third-party HR Tech APIs is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in AI-driven analytics, chatbots, and machine learning for HR automation. - Knowledge of blockchain-based credential verification and contributions to open-source projects.
