Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead CAP’s brand identity, communication, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure that CAP stands out as a creative hub, builds strong relationships with creators and audiences, and drives brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage CAP’s overall brand strategy and positioning
  • Build and maintain CAP’s identity across digital, physical, and experiential platforms
  • Oversee branding for all verticals:
  • Podcast studio
  • Album recording
  • Social pages & digital content
  • Art & music collectives
  • Open mic events
  • Special occasion productions
  • Design studio services
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Manage social media presence, content calendars, and community engagement
  • Identify and partner with creators, influencers, artists, and event collaborators
  • Analyze market trends and audience insights to refine brand strategies
  • Maintain quality control over all brand-related communication and visuals
  • Track performance metrics and prepare brand growth reports

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Lead (preferably in creative, media, or entertainment sectors)
  • Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and audience engagement
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into effective campaigns
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative skills
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work with creative teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with music, art, studios, or event-based brands
  • Familiarity with brand storytelling and creative production environments
  • Ability to travel for events and collaborations, if required
