About the Company: We are a fast-growing food and beverage brand, committed to innovation, quality, and customer delight. Our products are available across key retail formats, e-commerce platforms, and HoReCa channels. As we expand our portfolio and market reach, we are looking for a passionate and driven Brand Manager to take our brand to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual brand plans, including ATL/BTL marketing, product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives. Campaign Management: Lead 360-degree marketing campaigns—conceptualization, execution, and performance tracking across digital, TV, print, and on-ground. Innovation & New Product Development (NPD): Collaborate with R&D and product teams to launch new SKUs, packaging innovations, and seasonal offerings aligned with consumer trends. Consumer Insights: Conduct regular consumer research (quantitative and qualitative) to guide brand communication, packaging, and media investments. Digital & Performance Marketing: Work with internal/external agencies to drive ROI-driven digital campaigns, influencer marketing, and content strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless brand execution across channels. Agency Management: Manage creative, media, PR, and research agencies to deliver on brand objectives within defined budgets and timelines. Brand Health Monitoring: Track key brand metrics (awareness, consideration, market share, NPS) and course-correct strategy as needed. Qualifications & Skills: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute. 7–10 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or consumer goods. Proven track record of leading high-impact campaigns and successful product launches. Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and brand building. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
