Job Description

I. Digital Performance Campaign Planning
Collaborate with Sales, CRM & Brand teams to understand business goals,target segments and project USPs. Design platform\-wise campaign strategies for: Facebook\/Instagram Ads Google Search & Display Ads YouTube & OTT campaigns Real Estate Portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com) Participate in launch planning and demand boosting campaigns for new projects,festive offers, handover events, etc. Perform competitor benchmarking continuously (CPL ranges, creative trends, adplacements). II. Campaign Execution & Optimization Manage day\-t-day execution of paid ads with a strong focus on ROI: Lead Volume & Cost per Lead (CPL) Lead Quality (QC eligibility & CRM rating) Conversion Funnel Drop\-offs Ensure accuracy in campaign setup: Target audience definition (demographics, location\-based, retargeting) Multiple ad variations & A\/B testing Pixel\/tracking setup to measure event conversions Optimize and pause underperforming ads quickly \maintaining performancedashboards. III. Lead Funnel Integration & Marketing Automation Ensure proper lead flow integration into: CRM (Salesforce, Zoho CRM) WhatsApp automation flows Instant agent allocation Create remarketing segments based on website visitors, form dropouts, andinactive leads. Ensure ZERO lead leakages through structured monitoring. IV. Reporting & Analytics Prepare daily \/ weekly \/ monthly performance reports: Campaign performance summary & ROI evaluation Lead quality & conversion KPI measurement Attribution analysis with Sales team Use insights to continuously refine audiences, creatives & channels. Track and control budgets across all campaigns. V. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with: Sales Team Performance\-based lead planning CRM Team Lead quality feedback Brand Team Messaging & creative alignment Real estate portal account managers to boost listing performance Regular participation in revenue review meetings to showcase marketing contribution. VI. Vendor & Agency Management Govern media agencies for timely campaign adjustments. Negotiate budgets and evaluate performance based on: CPL, Lead\-t-Visit conversion Traffic quality Approve media plans, account structures, and creative assets. VII. Website & Landing Page Optimization Coordinate with Web Developers for: Conversion\-friendly UI\/UX Page speed optimization Effective CTAs & content hooks Monitor scroll depth, bounce rate, CTA clicks, form submissions, heatmaps. VIII. Lead Quality & Conversion Enablement Ensure alignment between digital messaging and on\-ground sales scripts. Work with CRM to implement feedback\-driven improvements: High\-relevance targeting Smart budget shifts Real\-time campaign corrections
