The key responsibilities for this role include client-facing PR & events management, stakeholder coordination, and brand & communication support. In client-facing PR & events, you will be responsible for planning and managing client workshops, city meetups, and CX forums. You will craft and deliver talk tracks, event content, and presentations. Additionally, you will represent CtrlS professionally at public-facing engagements and media interactions. For stakeholder management, you will coordinate across sales, CX, marketing, and leadership to ensure event success. You will drive speaker alignment, leadership participation, and event debriefs. In terms of brand & communication support, you will collaborate with the marketing team and PR partners to amplify event narratives. The key requirements for this role include a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Event Management, along with at least 6 years of experience in client-facing events, PR, or corporate communication roles. You should have a proven ability to host events and engage senior audiences confidently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong storytelling ability are essential. Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder relationship management skills are also necessary. Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and event/project platforms is required. It would be beneficial to have a background in technology, IT, or SaaS sectors, exposure to CX and tier-based customer engagement programs, familiarity with corporate brand tone and internal communications, and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs under tight timelines.,
