Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and client-oriented Business Development Sales Managerto join our growing LED display solutions business. This role demands a mix of technicalunderstanding, consultative sales skills, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with B2B prospects across East India in relevant industries. Conduct client meetings to understand display requirements both technical andaesthetic. Offer tailored solutions using Pexora s product range, in collaboration with technicalteams from Xtreme Media. Create compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with clientneeds. Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, client consultation, proposal, negotiation,closure, and post-sale coordination. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships to enable repeat business andreferrals.
Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and pipeline tracking.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 2 5 years in B2B solution sales (preferred: high-ticket tech, AV,infrastructure, or capital goods). Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Skills:o Excellent communication and presentation ability.o Consultative selling approach and a strong client-service mindset.o Ability to understand and convey technical information clearly.o Self-driven and target-focused. Education: Graduate in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is aplus.
