Key Responsibilities

External Marketing & Brand Strategy

Define and evolve Empors brand positioning, voice, and messaging.
Develop impactful sales decks, event pitches, case studies, and marketing collateral.
Craft messaging for campaigns, website, emailers, and social media.
Collaborate with business, creative, and digital teams to drive demand-generation.
Partner with leadership to strengthen Empors presence through thought leadership, partnerships, and content visibility.

Content & Communication

Create and manage content across LinkedIn, emailers, blogs, and internal channels.
Oversee campaign copy, video scripts, landing pages, and ad messaging.
Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all materials.

Internal Branding & Communication

Lead internal branding and culture campaigns, newsletters, and recognition initiatives.
Create engaging content for internal events, onboarding, and GPTW stories.
Partner with HR to enhance Empors employer brand and workplace visibility.

Execution & Project Management

Work with designers and video teams to bring campaigns to life.
Maintain content calendars, brand guidelines, and performance reports.

What Were Looking For

4-7 years of experience in brand communication, content, or B2B marketing.
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage projects end-to-end under tight timelines.
Experience in agency, startup, or in-house B2B/SaaS marketing preferred.

Bonus: Employer branding experience or hands-on exposure to Canva, LinkedIn campaigns, or Salesforce.

Candidates should be from advertising / b2b marketing / IT services and consulting / media background
