• Salary:

  4.50 - 4.75 Lacs per annum. The company is looking for a creative and analytical Content Strategist to manage digital content, coordinate with creative teams, and maintain consistent brand storytelling. Experience in the watch, fashion or retail industry is preferred. The candidate should have strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills to boost engagement and growth.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy such as concepts, storylines & visual themes for photoshoot or short videos.
• Create Mood boards, shot references & storytelling ideas.
• Collaborate closely with stylists, photographers, videographers, and designers to conceptualize and produce creative visual and written content.
• Ensure the final Photos/Videos align with brand positioning & Campaign Goals.
• Plan and manage content calendar to align with brand campaign & Product launches
• Coordinate with social media manager to monitor content performance & regularly prepare reports on engagement & reach.

  Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in content strategy or brand communications - preferably in the watch, fashion, or lifestyle sector.
• Proven experience collaborating with stylists, photographers, videographers, and design teams on creative projects.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and brand positioning.
