Content Strategist

We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Strategist to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand content strategies, crafting compelling copy, and driving creative direction across social media, websites, and ad campaigns. This role blends creativity with strategic thinking — ensuring every piece of content is purposeful, engaging, and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for social media, websites, and digital campaigns tailored to each client’s brand goals.
• Write engaging, brand-aligned copy for reels, posts, ads, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.
• Create content calendars and campaign concepts that drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to refine tone, messaging, and content direction.
• Stay updated on social media trends, digital storytelling, and new content formats.
• Ensure consistency in voice, message, and brand personality across all content assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in content strategy and copywriting.
• Proven track record in developing successful multi-platform content strategies.
• Strong storytelling and conceptual writing skills with an eye for audience engagement.
• Ability to translate client goals into impactful creative ideas and messaging.
• Proficiency in managing multiple brands and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience working in a digital or creative agency setting.
• Understanding of visual communication and creative briefing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
