Account Planner - Delhi

About the Role

We're looking for a thoughtful and insightful Account Planner to join our strategy team, someone who brings together consumer understanding, cultural awareness, and design sensitivity to build powerful brand stories.

This role focuses on FMCG and consumer brands, with a strong emphasis on packaging design and integrated brand campaigns across offline touchpoints. You'll help shape how brands come alive on the shelf, in stores, and during key seasonal moments through design, communication, and storytelling that connects with people in the real world.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic planning process across packaging, brand communication, and campaign development.
• Translate business and consumer insights into clear, inspiring creative briefs for design and creative teams.
• Conduct market, category, and trend research to uncover insights that inform brand positioning and packaging narratives.
• Partner closely with account management and design teams to ensure strategic consistency across packaging systems, product extensions, and retail campaigns.
• Craft brand frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, and messaging strategies for new launches and seasonal promotions.
• Evaluate creative work against strategy, ensuring that design and communication remain grounded in consumer truth.

What We'd Like to See

• 4 plus years of experience as an Account Planner, preferably within an advertising or design agency.
• Proven experience working on FMCG or large consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of packaging, shopper behavior, and offline brand communication.
• Ability to connect research, insight, and creative thinking into a cohesive strategic narrative.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both analytical and imaginative.
• Passion for design, culture, and the small details that make a brand feel human and memorable.
