Sr. Manager Branding & Communications

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

Design engaging creative assets for print, digital, and social media using professional design tools. Plan, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to support business and branding objectives. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, track KPIs/ROI, and recommend improvements through data-driven insights. Support internal and external communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines. Provide support for regular marketing and communication activities, including events, campaigns, and content development. Partner with senior leadership and business units to deliver effective communication and marketing strategies. Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) to execute, monitor, and enhance lead generation campaigns. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as required. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, design innovations, and industry best practices.

What we are looking for

Proactively creative, collaborative, and resourceful professional with a strong eye for design and a passion for digital marketing. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organisation. Solid understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and conversion optimisation. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals and campaigns. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
