1. Growth & Strategy Own marketplace P&L revenue, margins, and ad efficiency. Create and execute growth hacks to boost rankings, ratings, and reviews organically. Identify new product opportunities and bundles to increase repeat purchases and category sha Plan and execute seasonal growth campaigns, deal strategies, and launches. 2. Performance Marketing Manage platform ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Sponsored Display, etc.) and optimize ROAS daily. Analyze search terms, competitor ads, and keyword trends for ranking improvements. Implement A/B testing across titles, creatives, pricing, and offers. 3. Analytics & Optimization Track daily KPIs: CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, Buy Box %, and session-to-sale ratio. Build dashboards and insights for leadership to drive decision-making. Optimize product listings (SEO keywords, A+ content, brand store, videos). Coordinate with creative & supply teams for listing readiness and stock sync. 4. Collaboration Work closely with operations, finance, and creative teams to ensure seamless inventory flow, pricing, and performance tracking.
