Role Overview:

Quick Commerce Growth Hacker

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Launch Strategy

Build and execute Phitku’s
go-to-market plan
across all Q-Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now, etc.).
Identify category gaps and drive
SKU-level visibility
,
ranking improvement
, and
platform engagement.
Own end-to-end P&L for Q-Commerce channels — revenue, margins, discounts, commissions, and contribution.
Plan & execute flash deals, limited-time offers, and in-app content takeovers to drive velocity.

Optimization & Performance

Track and optimize metrics like CTR, CVR, inventory turnover, and stockouts daily.
Use platform dashboards and analytics to identify drop-offs and improve conversions.
Drive reviews, ratings, and repeat rate improvements through platform CRM levers and retention triggers.
Implement smart pricing, bundling, and offer strategies to drive
velocity + visibility balance
.

Experimentation & Growth Hacking

Run fast A/B tests on creatives, thumbnails, pricing, and copy to find winning combinations.
Collaborate with platform account managers to access high-traffic placements and campaigns.
Identify and test new-age growth levers — influencer tie-ins, coupon codes, referral campaigns, and sampling.
Analyze competition and emerging trends weekly; propose experiments based on data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing for
on-platform ad creatives
, video assets, and reviews strategy.
Coordinate with supply chain & operations to ensure stock accuracy and platform sync.
Partner with finance to track
discount burn vs ROI
