Job Description

Role Overview

planning, supervising, and scaling the factorys daily production

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

Plan and manage
daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
for crystal deodorants and new product lines.
Oversee
batch formulation, molding, drying, and packaging
operations to meet demand targets.
Monitor production KPIs – yield, wastage, downtime, manpower efficiency, and machine utilization.
Coordinate closely with procurement and inventory teams for
raw material planning
and reorder levels.

Process Optimization

Implement
SOPs, lean manufacturing, and 5S
practices across the line.
Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.
Drive process improvements in
cooling time, molding quality, strength consistency, and finish clarity
of alum crystals.

Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure every batch meets
Phitku’s internal QC standards
(clarity, pH, weight, breakage tolerance).
Collaborate with QA team to establish
testing protocols, sampling, and defect tracking.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and statutory compliance under
GMP / ISO / Factory Act
standards.

Team & Vendor Management

Lead a team of supervisors, operators, and packers; ensure training and skill upgradation.
Work with local job workers and contract manufacturers to maintain output consistency.
Liaise with packaging suppliers, machine vendors, and maintenance contractors.

New Product Scale-Up

Partner with R&D and Product teams for
pilot batches, new mold trials, and material optimization.
Plan for capacity expansion as new SKUs launch in body and skincare categories.
