Job Description

1. E-Commerce & D2C Finance Management

Handle financial operations across platforms Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.
Reconcile
marketplace settlements, payment gateways, COD, returns, and commissions.
Monitor ad spends (Meta, Google, Influencers) and analyze ROAS and CAC from a finance lens.
Partner with Growth and Operations teams to align revenue recognition with campaign performance.

2. Accounting & Compliance

Maintain day-to-day books in
Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks
with accurate P&L tracking by channel.
Ensure timely
GST, TDS, and ROC filings
, working closely with CA partners.
Manage vendor payments, purchase orders, and expense tracking across functions.

3. Financial Planning & MIS

Prepare
weekly MIS, P&L, and cash flow reports
; analyze trends in sales, margins, and marketing spends.
Create
SKU-level cost sheets
, profitability analysis, and contribution margin reports.
Support forecasting, annual budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives.

4. Factory & Procurement Finance

Coordinate with factory and suppliers for payment scheduling and raw material costing.
Manage import/export documentation and work with banks on forex transactions.
Track inventory aging, stock reconciliation, and working capital cycles.

5. Strategic Support

Assist founders in fundraising readiness, financial modeling, and due diligence.
Ensure investor reporting and performance dashboards are accurate and insightful.
