The Sr Manager Content will be part of our Design Studio team that offers content and design services to the Bank. Design Studio is part of Group Enablement Services at Standard Chartered GBS. You will be responsible for crafting and enhancing content and communications that will be leveraged globally by our journey leaders (business heads) and management team across internal and external communications. The Role : Work with business leads to create and implement the marketing strategy for Udhyam Learning Foundation and its Business Units. Conceptualize marketing and branding initiatives both for the organisational brand (Udhyam Learning Foundation) and BU level brands (Udhyam Shiksha and Udhyam Vyapaar). Work with BUs to enable them to succeed by creating brand awareness, inbound lead generation, ground visibility, stakeholder outreach. Be customer and goal focused in approach while designing any interventions, be it with other stakeholders, or the end users of our various interventions. Plan and execute campaigns on owned, earned, paid and shared media such as events, PR, email, CRM, social media, website, other digital assets, offline media, BTL collaterals, etc. Work towards agreed upon marketing and branding goals and create budgets to manage all the above. Work with the various marketing agencies to define and ensure that the deliverables are met. Ensure integration of marketing and brand values into the companys appropriate operational and support systems. Track, monitor, measure & report marketing activities.
