Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage and provide guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory. You will be setting sales targets, monitoring performance, motivating team members, and ensuring sales closing. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback, travel to potential and existing customers, recruit sales staff, compile sales figures, and stay updated with products and competitors.
