Job Description

Role: Brand Associate Location: Indore Experience: 3-4+ years What will your role look like Develop and curate engaging brand stories that resonate with our target audience, effectively conveying the brand's values and mission. Create visually appealing and cohesive storytelling materials including flyers, posters, videos, and infographics to produce high-quality visual content that enhances our brand storytelling efforts. Develop, manage, and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, brand visibility, and online presence. Collaborate with the internal teams to develop and implement storytelling-driven campaigns that drive brand recognition and team members engagement. Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel. Create and distribute engaging internal communication content to keep team members informed about company news, updates, and initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the overall brand strategy. Monitor and respond to feedback and comments on brand stories, fostering positive interactions and addressing concerns on social platforms. Create a monthly content calendar that aligns with key brand storytelling initiatives, marketing campaigns, and internal communication needs. Undertake and implement recruitment advertising initiatives and internal newsletters from concept to completion in a timely manner. Build love, followership and ambassadors of the brand on social media. Work closely with in-house marketing department, manage and continuously improve the company’s career website to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable candidates and enhances employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice Manage ratings and reviews for the brand at popular sites and platforms, like, Google My Business, Glassdoor etc Come up with unique innovative content and team engagement ideas. Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels, ensuring that storytelling elements are seamlessly integrated into marketing campaigns, internal communications, and external messaging. Strong knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro) Expertise in video reels to craft storytelling through editing, incorporating transitions, effects, and audio enhancements. Optimize video content for various platforms and formats while maintaining cinematic integrity. Good to have knowledge in SEO, Google Analytics and Google Adwords Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through video. Familiarity with audio editing and sound design software is a plus. Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills enabling you to work across, and engage with, internal and external teams.
