The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, enhance brand equity, and ensure seamless product positioning in the highly competitive baby care market. Key Responsibilities:- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity and consumer engagement. Market Research & Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Product Launches & GTM Planning: Lead go-to-market strategies, communication plans, and promotional campaigns for new product launches. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand representation. Marketing Campaigns & Materials: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including packaging, POS displays, and digital content. Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, media, PR) to develop impactful campaigns. Budget & ROI Management: Develop and monitor marketing budgets, optimizing spending for maximum ROI. Performance Tracking: Measure brand performance through key KPIs, adjusting strategies based on market research and analytics. Innovation & Product Development: Contribute to new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand vision and consumer needs. Qualifications & Skills:- Education: MBA in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-4 years in brand management, ideally within Pharma,FMCG or healthcare sectors. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the baby care industry and consumer behavior. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Creativity & Innovation: Proven experience in developing engaging marketing campaigns. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics tools. Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus.
