Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures related to academic records. Provide logistical support for academic committees and task forces as needed. Assist in conducting surveys and assessments to gather feedback on academic programs. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Proven experience in academic administration or office management within a University or educational institution. Familiarity with academic policies, procedures, and regulations in the Indian higher education context. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in regional languages as per university requirements. Proficiency in computer applications and office software (e.g., MS Office suite, academic management systems).
