Full Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using React.js or Next.js and Progressive Web App (PWA) technologies on the frontend, with a robust backend built on Python (Django) and Node.js, following a Microservices Architecture. Experience in API development and integration, PostgreSQL, and mobile compatibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and PWA standards.
• Build and manage backend services using Django and Node.js, structured around microservices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Ensure seamless integration with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and mobile compatibility.
• Implement best practices for security, data protection, and code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Use Power BI for graphical interpretations and data visualization.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
• Experience building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
• Solid backend development experience with Python (Django) and Node.js.
• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Proficient in PostgreSQL with ability to write complex queries and manage database performance.
• Experience with API development, integration, and documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Understanding of mobile-first design and responsive UI development.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
