Project Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Site Supervision:

Monitoring construction progress, ensuring compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Coordination and Communication:

Collaborating with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Support:

Providing technical guidance and support to the project team, including interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Material Management:

Overseeing the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Quality Control:

Implementing quality control measures and reporting on project status.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate project documentation, billing, including progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.

Safety Management:

Ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel and implementing safety procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, using project management software, and understanding project management, Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration and coordination, the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records is crucial, a strong understanding of safety regulations and the ability to implement safety procedures, Computer Knowledge, MS word, MS Excel, MS Presentation is required.
