Role & responsibilities Identify new business opportunities via tenders, portals, and networking. Review RFQs/RFPs and prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals. Coordinate with internal teams for proposal inputs and documentation. Liaise with vendors for quotes and technical support. Maintain client relationships and follow up on upcoming projects. Ensure timely submission of compliant proposals. Support in contract finalization and project handover. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Preferred candidate profile MBA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Understanding of engineering/project-based bidding processes. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus. Attention to detail with strong analytical and documentation skills.
