Job Responsibilities

• Supervision and execution of site activities related to installation and application of company products in civil construction projects.
• Conduct engineering measurements and ensure accuracy in field work.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and site authorities for smooth project execution.
• Manage labour and manpower at the site efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Prepare site reports, work orders, and bills.
• Collect payments as per project milestones and billing schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at site.
• Travel and stay at different project locations within Gujarat as required.

Skill Requirements

• Strong knowledge of civil and mechanical engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience in bridge / metro / infrastructure projects preferred.
• Excellent site measurement & documentation skills.
• Manpower management and contractor coordination abilities.
• Good communication and client handling skills.
• Knowledge of billing (RA bills), BOQ, and site reporting.
