Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Photography & Videography:

Capture high-quality photographs and videos of various institutional events, workshops, guest sessions, and conferences.
Record testimonials and feedback videos from stakeholders during events.

Content Management:

Take geo-tagged photos for all events to ensure proper documentation.
Store and organize all multimedia content date-wise on the institutional server.
Ensure timely uploading and archiving of media on platforms like Google Photos and YouTube (as applicable).

Post-Production:

Edit photographs and videos for publication and promotional purposes.
Collaborate with the Events Coordinator and Marketing Team to refine and finalize content.
Create promotional video snippets or reels for use on social media and digital platforms.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Event Coordinators, Admissions Team, and Marketing Department to plan and execute coverage of events.
Assist with design needs such as banners, posters, digital invites, and other collateral as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with geo-tagging tools and digital media asset management systems.
Knowledge of social media trends and short-form video formats (e.g., reels, YouTube shorts).
Proven experience in photography, video shooting, and post-production editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Familiarity with organizing and archiving large volumes of media content.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
