1. Knowledge of Operation and Maintenance of Residential site (Educational), which includes 33 KV HT line, 33 KV Substation, 1500 KVA HT DG, 62 KVA LT DG, HT Breaker, LT Breaker, Protection Relays, Transformers, Air Handling Units, Chiller Plant, STP Plant, Solar Plant, RO Plant, Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Water softener unit, Lifts, plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, instrumentation, underground services & HVAC.
2. Liaison with Electricity Board, Electrical Inspector, Fire office, RIICO and other government agencies for smooth operation of campus.
3. Conversant with Project activity including Tendring, selection of vendor, Project execution, Commissioning and handing over of site.
Soft Skills:
Updating of maintenance record, technical records, AMC records, Budget, CAPEX, Project tenders, Vendor selection, Site handling, conflict resolution, technical issue resolution, Disaster Management, Computer Knowledge, MS word, MS Excel, MS Presentation.
