Job Description

Chevron is looking for Air Permitting Specialist to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective air permit strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough environmental impact assessments to identify potential risks and mitigation measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable development projects.
Provide technical guidance on air quality management and pollution control measures.
Monitor and report on air quality performance metrics to senior management.
Stay up with changing regulations and industry best practices related to air permitting.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of air quality management principles and practices.
Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as Clean Air Act or Environmental Protection Agency guidelines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of environmental impact assessment principles and methodologies.
