Job Purpose: To support the development of accurate and intelligent 3D models for the Polycarbonate Plant Relocation project (D3 Project) and future greenfield and brownfield projects (Phenol, Cumene, IPA, CHN, Offsites & Utilities). The role involves integrating laser-scanned data, engineering inputs, and existing documentation to create high-quality models that aid engineering, construction, and procurement activities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and update 3D models using AVEVA E3D, SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), and IDS Viewer for both greenfield and brownfield projects. Integrate laser-scanned data with P&IDs, equipment layouts, and piping isometrics to model existing plants. Generate piping layouts, isometrics, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and support drawings using 3D models and piping catalog specifications. Validate and update equipment, instrument, and line tagging in the 3D model based on P&IDs and site data. Extract 2D deliverables (e.g., piping plans, equipment layouts, cable tray layouts, civil/structural GAs) from the 3D model for multidisciplinary engineering use. Participate in model reviews with EPCM consultants, dismantling contractors, and site teams. Coordinate with ASETS and other digital tool vendors for model enhancements and integration. Assist in preparing area-wise MTOs, barcoding interfaces, and packaging documentation. Key Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AVEVA E3D, SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), IDS Viewer, and related 3D platforms. Strong understanding of piping specifications, supports, insulation, and special items (e.g., strainers, vents, steam traps). Experience in equipment, structural, and E&I modeling.
